The final result isn't too bad, least not for me. Still have to clean it up a bit and bevel the inside edge a bit.

Looks pretty good. I am surprised though that you did not make the hole a bit smaller to match the screen size a bit closer, but that is neither here nor there.  I like and and a bit of bevel will help a lot.

Well its been a few days and what johnmarttin said kept bugging me..why didnt I cut the monitor hole smaller.. :dizzy:

So I re did it since i knew it would bug me later as well.

I also cut out the speaker grill area. Gonna a try a mesh type material I stumbled across at the hardware dept at wally world.

Covered the back of the cab and will recycle the old monitor bezel so I wont have any heating  problems. This area will also be covered with the mesh, hopefully it will look decent.
