Did the Target version even have coin mechs?  Those things were cheap and would definitely not stand up to any sort of commercial use.  Really rough play could rip a CP right out.

That one uses emulation and isn't a reproduction of hardware.  I think they use the PC thing to get around them being sued only the person using it.
