Arcade Spinner or Tornado?

There is no manual for the Tornado spinner there.

Ok, I just wanted to say I took a magnifying glass and and got a good look a the the Tornado spinner I have. ;D
I made a diagram and hope I have everything right.(See below).
Nevertheless, since I'll need buttons, I'd appreciate it if someone can tell me where to get a cable for this spinner which already has a PS2 cable attached.(Then I'll be able to test out everything to make sure the connections are correct).
Or can a PS2 to USB adaptor be used instead?

P.S.: of course I'll be modifying the panel so that there are only three buttons. (Two on the left of the spinner, and one on the right. So coin and start will have to be done via the keyboard.

Mmm, I kinda mis-read what you were wanting. Anyways, yes, a PS/2-USB adapter does just that. The little plugs for interfaces like that for the buttons, etc, should be available at a computer hardware store, if you have locally. Very likely online.
