U360 on consoles!?!

Wolfwood:
Hey Everyone.

I will keep this short and sweet.

Can I use an I-pac on consoles, or the U360 on consoles, such as the xbox 360?

Thanks.
AndyWarne:
We sell adaptors for using an I-PAC on consoles. The Xbox 360 is excluded though as Microsoft do not allow third-party controllers to be connected unless they incorporate a special Microsoft chip. This is the reason why the Xbox 360 is so useless when it comes to variety of controllers.

Well I know that much, I just wanted to know if I could mod it in any way to get it to work.

I thought about using a pcb that they sell all over the place, I could use the U360's 4 wires in output mode and plug everything up and have a little usb hub inside of your controller, it would be more hassle, but you would not need a 2 controllers.

anyone else? and thanks again Ultimarc...guy
Jack Burton:
So, is it possible to rig up some of the analog pots from an Xbox 360 controller to a U360?

I would say no, because in my understanding there's no way to interface them, not only hardware-wise, but software too.
