you dont need to wait man. whatever needed to be done is already done with plasmas. they are perfect now a days. cant appericate the picture quality enough. better than crt even.

I still think plasma is going to goaway in the next couple years. LCD and LED just keeps getting better. The top end models looks almost if not as good as plama now. Just my 2 cents

They're phosphorus based, aren't they? So they do still suffer burn in after time. How well it holds burn-in off is what I'm interested in. And their longevity. I'm not saying they are worth holding off on for everyone. I'm just still a tad skeptical on them. And the LCDs are phenomenal nowadays, as well as LEDs picking up steam.
