I am going to burn my Cab I'm building!!!

Yes I was not inferring the drivers were the issue- just suggesting a way of installing them correctly.
I've used the arcadeVGA card in another project since where it works fine. Andy very kindly sent me a replacement card when I thought that perhaps I had an issue with the first one I received. The replacement had the same issue-but both times in Dell PC's - one with and one without graphics on board where the PC's would not boot. It also worked fine on one gigabyte M/B but not on another. There are some motherboards that just won't work here and perhaps thats what Bigdaddy has. ???
What I was pointing to here is the fact that the motherboard will not boot with the arcade monitor attached. Here I suspect lies the issue as it should boot as you say Andy. But I'd really like to see the final solution when it happens as it is an unusual issue. So please post it when you find it Big Daddy. Rick's gone out of his way with this and Andy has as well- as he always does. You are well supported

It was never stated if this was an AGP or PCI-E card. I had a problem with a Dell desktop not working with an ATI video PCI-E video card but an Nvidia card worked fine.
The reason was the revision of PCI-E implemented. The Nvidia card was 1.0 and the ATI was 1.2 or something like that. Supposedly the newer cards are backwards compatible but in the case of the Dell, it could only work with 1.0 cards.
My problem was a total no-boot scenario but it's possible that incompatible PCI-E cards could do weird things.
Of course, if this is an AGP card, I haven't seen card compatibility issues. I would suggest putting the card in another computer and seeing if that fixes the issue.

Those comments must've gotten edited out....
On that first picture posted, it looks very much like interlace at VGA or above. The color scheme I dunno.

Update.
Working behind the scenes with Rick and Andy, I have a stable picture on the screen, still slightly jumpy, but I haven't adjusted anything yet, I am just happy to have a picture!
It seems that something was wrong on either the CRT or chassis board. As the three of us worked through the troubleshooting, Rick sent me the new boards, I installed them and have a picture! Much better than I was getting.
I now have a monitor that is severely magnetized, so I am in the process of finding a local degaussing wand or I will order one.
Still have a ways to go, but Rick and Andy have stood by me to get this far and I am sure they will stay by me until I have everything about right. They both get that-a-boys from a very appreciative customer. :notworthy:
I also appreciate the help from the community, this is truly a learning process for me.
I will update again after I get the screen degaussed.
