Yes he has.
Face Off, Pulp Fiction, Battle Field Earth...
Even the ones where he isn't, he's more or less playing "what if" scenarios for Vinnie Barbarino after H.S.
Wild Hogs - Vinnie Barbarino goes to business school and longs to relive the Sweat Hog days
Look Who's Talking- Vinnie Barbarino drives a cab and meets a single mom
Ladder 49 - Vinnie Barbarino becomes a fireman
Michael - Vinnie Barbarino has to walk the earth as a guardian angel after he died in knife fight against his old gang The T-Birds.

Ha! I never looked at it like that. Pulp Fiction fits in there too. Did you come up with this on your own, or is there a hilarious Travolta website out there I don't know about?

There's a website for everything, but as far as I know your reply is what got me thinking about it.
I started writing a reply saying that he has the same bad boy persona and as I was writing that he played the exact same character in Welcome Back and Grease, the whole Vinnie Barbarino thing became clear, so I rewrote my reply with that theme.
shardian:
I tell you, your theory has the beginnings of a youtube hit with the right editing.
TOK:
Wasn't he a good guy in Face Off? Nicholas Cage was the bad guy.
