Your eagle is actually a double eagle!  Or an albatross depending on how technical you want to be.

one under par is a birdie, two is an eagle and three under is double eagle/albatross.

Aohhhh. Right you ahh, suh. It says 'eagle or better', so yeah. Thanks for pointing that out.

I shut off the shot clock so we're not rushed playing multi-player. Study the holes for tricks and you'll be way under par in no time. My average is about -15, but the high scores on my cab when I got it were -21's on the easy courses.

I don't play it enough. Partly I really need to replace the bearings in my trackball. Some of those severe screw-ups were at close range putting and my trackball tacking to the left or right. Piece of ---steaming pile of meadow muffin---.

And, is it just me, but do the back 9 holes on most courses seem much harder than the front nine?

No doubt, that's what I've been thinking.

I think the developers do that to screw you over. There are a lot of spots which look like shortcuts that really mess your game up. This is very true starting with the Fore! series where you can do all kind of curved shots. They put greens just out of reach with the driver on long holes so that it will drop into the water or some other nasty hazard.

The other side to this is that you have to approach each hole like a puzzle because there are a lot of shortcuts to go along with the traps.

---steaming pile of meadow muffin---, I've felt that was the case from the beginning. And I hate puzzles. But after a few years of occasional playing, I've gotten to the point where I get it a little more.
