Was going to see it last night but went to a rugby match instead (Aust beat NZ 38-10!)
So saw it a few hours ago instead with a friend. Second time for him, he really loves it. I thought it was fine. I like how the guy playing Kirk seems to channel Shatner, he did a great job. I'd give it 3.5/5.
Oh, and i saw in the credits that Winona Ryder was in it? I don't remember seeing her...
Spoiler:
Mo Henry did not do the negative cutting on this one.

I felt the Scottish accent of that English guy was pathetic though. Didn't really sound Scottish to me at all. More like Gloucester ...

Lol, I haven't see the new movie yet but it's worth mentioning that the original "Scotty" had a pretty dodgy Scottish accent as well. IIRC he was actually Canadian.
Incidentally, how on earth is a guy from Holland able to differentiate between different British regional accents? I'm impressed.

I didn't know until just recently, that James Doohan fought on the beaches of Normandy during D-Day, and lost a finger. :o

Lol, well obviously I can't since I completely accepted Scottie's accent (though obviously exaggerated)
Speaking about odd accents, why would Checkov be unable to pronounce the letter "V"? Is that a reference to the original series? It's the last letter of his own name for crying out loud! The letter he replaces it with, the W, actually does not exist in Russian!
