Looks very good, but I have a couple of questions.

With all the control panel real estate you pushed it all together in the middle, so it looks a little squished.  Also you mounted the P1 and P2 buttons right above the spinner. 

Are you using all shifted buttons for Admin buttons?

We are planning on adding 2 admin buttons to the right and to the left of the 1p and 2p buttons, why squish it together? Well I dont know, I didnt think a 4 player layout was necessary.
