Well I was going to contribute $10k to your cause but now that we are using a realtor to sell the house those funds are earmarked for the agent. Sorry man, I was almost ready to write you that check.

If you're using my old agent, she is definitely easy on the eyes...but no cans are worth $10K. Tell you what, just sell it yourself, give me $2K for a slushy machine, and keep the rest to buy pinballs.
