Check for fuses and the fuse holders first.

Does the marquee or coin door light up?

i used a multimeter on it and there is power and the marquee lights up and the coin door bulbs are blown but i got a reading on my voltmeter. getting pics so you know what you guys are looking at.

According to the manual it should be out after the start up sequence.

Does the LED do anything as soon as you turn the power on?
Have you checked the +5 volts according to the manual?

There appears to be several voltages that specifically need checked.
+5v DC
+25v DC
-25v DC
6.3v AC
etc.

yes i have the manual and i did check all the voltages and they are good the board is not lighting up now. no clue what happen. i am lost i might just put another board in it. another star castle board. if i can find one.
