If they wanted to get more money for the Ms. Pac-Man they could have gone to Radio Shack for a 99 cent fuse, installed it, and listed it as "works great!". But they didn't. --- End quote --- uh uh uh uhhhhhh....... but heres my point: --- Quote from: Kevin Mullins on April 20, 2009, 03:02:19 pm ---$225 a piece for those two particular games in decent condition, even not working, is a good deal. --- End quote --- thank you Mr.Mullins |

Even if you just slap 48-in-1 boards in both and install new monitors if needed, you could sell one and keep the other. |

225 for one of these is about average price I'd say. I have seen being given away, and I have seen them sell for $1000. The monitors in these are swappable with no modifications right? Sounds like you will be able to get at least one 100% working. By mixing parts from one to the other you should be able to come out with a very nice cab. Like others have said, "I think it's a fuse" is the oldest one in the book. What's a "tune up"? I've never heard that term in relation to an arcade machine. ??? Rotate the microswitches? Change the spark plugs in the CRT? |
