Cover any circuit boards in the game if possible before drilling the lock.  That can send shards of metal all over the place and it would really suck to kill a board by shorting some stuff out drilling the lock.

No need to drill the top lock, you should be able to unscrew it from the back. The bottom one though... yeah, drill it out.

hell no, love the marquee.  When I'm done the machine will look perfect from the outside.   Hopefully I can explain without getting too flammed again here -  :banghead:  if anyone is actually interested - I will build a heavy movable table that will mount and store a flight stick, Momo driving wheel, 4 player joystick, etc.  The finished game will default to Star Wars for display and usage (USB yoke starting soon).  The flat front of that machine makes it easy to roll up a table top for other types of games and the yoke does not get in the way.  I don't plan on permanently connecting anything to the front (with the exception of the USB hub and mini amp for the speakers).  gk
