| Need suggestions on how to deal with T-molding Problem |

I had a similar problem on my first cabinet. Get some thin (width) masking tape and apply it to the T-Molding along the spline, folding it over so it is on both sides. You may have to apply a couple of layers like this. It basically builds up the thickness of the spline and allows it to grip when inserted into the groove. |

I had this problem with my Control Panel... for some reason I cut the slots a size too big. Not really sure why, since I did the rest of the cabinet the correct size. Anyway... hot glue works great. And it's so very easy. |
