lost cd

can anyone help me??

I purchased the book...  great book by the way.
But i lost the cd ..... :banghead:

can anyone help me find a copy of the cd??

saint where do i get a copy of the book and cd?  :dunno  i cannot find a link to it anywhere. plus if i can download it that would be great to.

i bought the book and i was excited to see the cd and when i looked at the cd the cd was CRACKED  :banghead:. now i have to wait to see if they will replace it. and now it is going to take longer to view it. saint is there a link or something so i can look at the cd and download the stuff off of it or do i have to wait for the cd? if i get a new one.  :dunno
