I've used arcade Jukebox as well. It's simple yet effective. It also supports coin inputs. It was designed with MAME machines in mind and takes like 2 seconds to install.

If I put a jukebox in my MAME cabinet it will probably be Arcade Jukebox until I find something better.

How about having a look at my Jukebox app... IPLAY

Designed for use on a TV, IPLAY is built on an SQL database which means it can handle 1000's of tracks.

Loads of features and it's free.

Come and have a look

Virtual Music Jukebox
Digital Jukebox
Musicmatch
Winamp
eJukebox  (a winamp component)

As well as these:
Arcade Jukebox
iPlay

I have tried all except for Musicmatch and Winamp because I alread know about them.  After several hours of playing with all of the others I must say that I'm with Frostillicus and will be running eJukebox I think.  However, I will not be doing the web interface, I like the program interface personally.  The only thing that I have not figured out is how to change the Album covers and album name when it has downloaded the wrong one(s).

The other option I have is that I could just hit my website and use the MP3 interface I already have installed there, Andromeda.  The problem with that is that it will go through the internet to do this unless I set up an intranet, which I may still do.
