(It was Captain Marval .. he said shazzam when he needed to change) </geek>

--- Quote ---DC has instead used the trademark Shazam! as the title of their comic books and thus the name under which they market and promote the character. Consequently, Captain Marvel himself is sometimes erroneously referred to as Shazam.

I have to assume that you don't watch Heroes anymore. Even my wife thinks the show sucks now - and that is saying something!
Ginsu Victim:
Hmm, everyone I've talked to lately has agreed with me that the current crop of Heroes episodes have been great. The season had a big lull just after it started, but the fugitives storyline has been pretty good.
Back on topic, we went Saturday night to see Watchmen and we loved it. I was shocked to see it condensed down in a way I could be happy with. Jackie Earle Haley was the perfect Rorschach.
RayB:
To those who have seen it:
Other than a blue shlong, is there anything else *really* objectionable, you wouldn't bring a 16 year old to see?
Jeff AMN:
I saw it over the weekend and thought it was excellent. I almost want to go around punching the fanboy nerds in the mouth for criticizing some of the most minute details, because they're missing the point. These guys did an EXCELLENT job brining the comic to life, and they were extremely faithful to the characters in the process. Many lines they left untouched (thank goodness), and they did a killer job with wardrobe and special effects.
Obviously some concessions had to be made for time restraints, but I bet a director's cut video release will help to put in some of the smaller scenes that had to be left out. I hope some of the newsstand conversations get put back in.
And Frizz, you're downright insane if you claim that Heroes is even half as good as Lost. INSANE!!!
