New News Item Posted: Chatroom

We're testing a new chat (like IRC) system that is HTTP/AJAX based, and would like opinions. Please try it out by clicking the Chatroom link on the quick jump menu. Please post comments/concerns in the Forum Discussion board.

This may also provide a shoutbox at some point. It will use your existing Forum authentication.

Good News: It works great, and no Firewall blocking from work.
So So News: So far, the sound defaults to on, and you will need to click it off every time you log in (sirwoogie already knows, and is looking into it)
Bad News: It works great, and no Firewall blocking from work (i.e. instant decrease in productivity from me).
