Hello,

I will post slowly all step of my first project of Arcade. The project will use 2 U360 Joystick, normal pushbutton from Ultimarc too and an IPac2.

So far, a friend of mine have printed my photoshop marquee and control board and I have started to build the controller.

Here is the controller drawing printed on high quality paper.

Here is the marquee... the problem is that it has some frost on it because of the cold temperature arggg... but when it's in front of the light, it doesn't appear, I'll contact him to know if I can put some water on it to take it off... it was printed on high quality back-light paper...

And this is what I made so far this weekend :

All is made on 5/8 MDF to light the machine. The machine is 26 inches wides BUT the controller panel has 36 inches... the controller will be snapped-on/off... this way I will be able to move it easily.

I'll post more picture later.

Currenlty I have about 40 hours of planning, photoshop and about 10 hours of work on the wood and plexiglass, shopping for material... I had some problem doing the hole in the MDF, I was a lot harder that I though.

See you later.

Now added the plexi and the picture. Started to add the pushbuttons and to wire everything. The two U360 as been not installed with screw but with glue! Since it was fitting tight in the hole, the glue was enought.

The wiring took about 4 hours. I have started to do the box under this control panel about 2 hours.

Total at this moment is 16 hours (without the planning).

What font did you use?

Griffin:
Interested to see what side art you use to bring the marquee and cp together. They both look awesome. But the marquee is so dominated by Hulk...
