N64 to JAMMA Arcade HELP!
(1/2) > >>
Reptilz:
Im wanting to install a N64 system into a JAMMA Arcade, I know I can get the controllers hacked, but does anyone know of an adaptor to where I can hook up to a J-pac or straight to the arcade monitor?

I know of the SCART cable that puts out RGB and sync at 15 Hz, doesn't adapt to the arcade monitor though.

Any help is greatly appricated.

Thanks,

http://www.howtoconvert.co.uk/howcomp2rgb.htm-you'll need something like this
then you will need some diodes- http://www.mouser.com/Search/ProductDetail.aspx?qs=sGAEpiMZZMutXGli8Ay4kITJGaMqQHH7RPAvgHR6CU0%3d
so that you can have both connected at the same time and not have any problems.

Once you get this stuff Ill draw up a diagram to wire it up

Heres some on ebay- Kinda pricey though.. http://shop.ebay.com/items/_W0QQ_dmptZPCAQ5fCablesQ5fAdapters?_nkw=composite+to+rgb&_sacat=0&_fromfsb=&_trksid=m270.l1313&_odkw=component+to+rgb&_osacat=0

You could probably mod one of these to do the job. http://www.arcademvs.com/VIDEO_ACCESSORIES.htm
