looks like eCost has some $299 refurb HP Pavillions (Athalon 1800's) here http://www.ecost.com/ecost/shop/detail.asp?DPNo=152392 for those looking for cheap machines.  I'm sure you can find even cheaper out there if you look hard.

How do you like the picture quality of that integrated geoforce2? Have you had a chance to check it out yet?

I didn't post a link because I was sharing information based on what is happening at intel factories...there is a huge push on ramping up these older chips over the next few weeks. no it's not refurbs, they are new. I just noticed alot of people here lookin to buy computers fairly soon, and thought I would share what is going on, if no one cares...so be it, just something people can keep in mind.
