Lol, i must be pretty old then. I used to use powerstrip for outputting component video at 15.7khz from those old Radeon 9xxx series cards with tv out functionality.
Interestingly, I’ve been designing a widget that just plugs into the vga port and does YPbPr for me - no need to frag about with old video cards and older software.
