More pics of the monitor box on the back and the inside of the cabinet. ~ D |

Pretty cool and very colossal, though I would have imagined the rear of the control panel box to have been solid to add strength and resist vandalism. A lick of paint, some replacement artwork and a few switches here and there should see it back in a playable and presentable state. |

I can't wait until the weather improves so that I can get started. In the meantime, I need to get it to a playable state, as only the montiors turn on but the game does not fire up. I'm guessing it's some loose wires/fuses somewhere or the PSU. The PCB looks brand spanking new (it's very clean as seen in the pics), so I doubt it's defective. But I feel I am doing a great service to the arcade community by restoring it. :) I would not have it any other way. ~ DeLuSioNaL |

Awesome pics Delusional. That's huuuuuge >_< Thanks for sharing and keep us posted on how it goes. Your videos on arcades have helped me a ton in the past and I'm sure this will give the community more material on how to do it right :applaud: |

Wow, look at the size of that coffin, er control panel. Great find and a great project. I am sure you will do it justice. I have a couple of questions, not really familiar with the game or the cabinet. Why is one of the monitors mounted down below and projected onto a mirror? I am sure there is plenty of room in there to have two monitors normally mounted. Also with the two outside players I guess #1 and #6, are their joysticks mounted so that towards the monitor is up? At such an extreme angle I would think that would be difficult. |
