Okay, cutting started today.  I already made one major design change, but I won't be able to cut it out until tomorrow.  Please feel free to ask any questions you may have! :dizzy:

Here are the internals laid out:


This is the center part that will hold the motherboard and harddrive.  I have changed this design to make both parts easily accessible:


Here is one of the two support structures.  They go between the front and the middle and the back and the middle:


Here is the base of the top and the top of the base with holes drilled ever so slightly for the magnet parts:


I made a couple pieces to create a gap between the fan and the top of the base to allow for wiring:


Here is the bottom of the base with holes for the feet to sit in for alignment:

Do you mill almost through the material and then just snap them out?

I could see you selling a few flat pack kits if you wanted to. Royalties would have to go to mountain of course  ;D
