| Convert cabinet fluorescent light to computer power supply? |
| (1/1) |
| cmoses:
My cabinet has a fluorescent light to illuminate the marquee with, but it was hooked directly into the old arcade power supply. It used 3 wires, I think they were green, green with a yellow strip and maybe black. I would have to look to verify. Is there a way to hook this up to a computer power supply in order to use it or do I need to get a new one with a true A/C power cord? Edited - meant fluorescent not neon |

I think your best bet is to replace it. It was prolly fluorescent not neon. |

It was AC and just connected to the AC in on the power supply. You can run those 3 wires to a plug and just plug it into a power bar. |
