Do I need player 2 coin?

You have two buttons and two coin slots. Why not wire them separately?

It's a bit complicated:  The IPAC is in the control panel, so the coin 1 and coin 2 on the CP easily go to that.  I have one wire leftover from my admin panel that goes into the CP through a DB9 plug in the back, and I can use that to wire one of the coin door slots.  To get a seperate coint 2, I'd have to drill a hole in the back of the CP just for that wire, which I really want to avoid.

This was already answered. I don't understand why you're ignoring what has been said and asking again.
