My cabinet has two power buttons. One is a Happ concave button on top of the cab, which is wired through the Ipac and has multiple functions. In MAME, it's tab. In Mamewah, it's shutdown. Inside the coin door, I have a small service button wired to the motherboard handling the actual PC power button function. |

Just set it to do nothing in windows power management, and hope noone holds it for 4 seconds. Or you could put a capacitor and resistor inline with it set so that it will only let a short pulse thru if held, that way it could only be used for turning on. |
