<< < (2/2)
SNAAAKE:
okay sounds funny but this is how I do it.
Rub the areas where you have contact cement with cooking oil.
then wait like 30 min and wipe it off with a damp cloth.
then after that use some soap water to clean the cooking oil and now it should look all nice and clean.
this is how I do it :P

I'm dying to know how you arrived at that conclusion to try that initially snaaaake... =P

What else did you try before you settled on cooking oil?

My grandma has gotten stains out of her table by using crisco the same way.

eeehhh...
well I messed up my floor with spray paint once and the owner of the house told me to use cooking oil to get rid of the spots so I figure I try the same for laminate and WORKS !
JoeB:
I spoke to some people at work, and they told me the oil trick works because any oil substance likes to attack / attach to other oil substance..

What about using varsil (spelling?) to remove it? is it safe to use on laminate?

My biggest problem (and I'm sure many of you have it) is that the color I chose is black.. black is a great looking color, but at the same time it shows every finger print, spot & mark..
