--- Quote from: AndyWarne on January 02, 2009, 11:32:55 pm ---The problem might be a Windows issue.

You could try setting to ID 2, then in Control panel, System, Device Manager, open the USB Controller entry and right click and Uninstall the composite devices there. Then unplug and reconnect.

This worked in the sense of I was able to do what you told me to do, however it did not correct the problem.

Keep in mind this as well, not only is it labeled incorrectly in windows but there is no centering point in the map program even though it see's that UltraStick #2 is ready to go.

AndyWarne:

Windows calibration errors etc will affect the display in the UltraMap program.

In Windows, game controller devices are very "sticky", and the process I mentioned above does not always work to completely remove the device so it can be correctly re-detected.

As a last resort it might be necessary ro delete several registry entries to get rid of it completely.

If you are still having the problem can you drop me an email and I will explain which enteries to delete.

Removing those registry entries fix it, thanks for all your help Andy.

Ginsu Victim:

Just out of curiosity what entries did you delete? (from the registry)
