What if its in REALLY nice condition?  When I say REALLY nice I mean completely shopped and cosmetically an 9 out of 10.

Would that change your opinion?

One other pin I was curious about....a Stargate.  How much is that one worth if its in "good condition" and recently shopped out?

Thanks

It sounds like you really want it so I would say that it is more than worth the 1g, especially to you. If someone took the time to make something as you say a 9 out of 10, that cost both money and time.

Buy the machine and be happy, life it too short! If the machine is in the condition you say it is, I doubt you will find one nicer.

Well I havent seen it.  I'm not dead set on this game, it just seems like a nice game for the money as compared to spending $2K or more......which is really out of the question for me.  This machine seemed to hit the sweet spot of price/playability/cosmetic condition.

Again though I havent seen it so I cant really vouch for its overall appearance.  However, the guy I would buy this from has a VERY good reputation in my area and is very knowledgeable and will have it completely shopped so the only thing that really could be a variable on it is the cabinet condition which at worst will be "ok".

Anyone have any thoughts on a Stargate though?  There is one of those available in my area as well and I was curious about its market value?

I would try the RGP for more answers to check out Mr. Pinball for current market value.

When you clunker toy, are you referring to the cryo crane?  I think thats pretty cool myself.

I dont think the Stargate is even available anymore anyway.
