| Running different versions of MAME at same time? |
| << < (2/3) > >> |
| garnerb350:
Reason why I'm asking is that I have 6000 roms and I am sorting through them to see which ones work and dont. Ok, on version 114. For example, Donkey Kong doesnt have the sound that mario makes as he advances toward DK. ( waka, waka, waka). On ver.128, everything is complete. Also on 114, I cant play Revolution X ( the areosmith shooter game), but on 128, I can play it. That is what i can think off the top of my head for right now....( here at work)... I'm learning more and more about MAME, ( since July 08 ) and there are still things that I am unsure of...I'm scared to use the tools, like CLRMAME ( is that right?) and others for fear of screwing up my roms/and or losing them. I wish that I could find good tutorials for these tools... |
