LEDBlinky vs. Maximus Arcade
« on: December 11, 2008, 09:11:06 am »
I am considering using MA for my FE. I downloaded LEDBlinky. I am using MA version 2.10 Beta 8, which has a tab under the configuration menu for LEDWiz where you can set up LEDBlinky (I am connected to a pacdrive).

I am able to set up several effects inside MA, but when I go to a MAME game, instead of lighting the buttons used for that game, it lights them all.

I think the problem may at least partially reside in the MAME Profile Editor (Under LEDBlinkyProfileEditor). Or perhaps I have a conflict somewhere. I have tinkered with this for 2 days. I really like MA, but Mala was a no brainer when it came to configuring LED lighting. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks! :burgerking:

The Maximus support for LEDBlinky is not working just yet. I would wait for the official release or at least until the next beta.

Yeah, I figured that may be the case. Oh well, back to MaLa I guess, the game specific LEDs are a deal killer...the whole reason I installed them.  Thanks for the answer.
