Windows Boot Problem

I just installed a video card capable of using component cables as an output.  After some initial trouble getting my TV to interpret the signal correctly (there was actually an option in the menu to turn the component input on), it worked fine (and looked great!)...until I shut down the computer.  Now, whenever I start up the computer, it goes through the normal boot process, goes through the windows boot up screen, and then just blacks out the monitor which goes into power save mode.  I tried using a VGA monitor, but it does the same thing.  If I boot using VGA mode or Safe Mode, it works fine, but as soon as I try going back to a normal boot, it blacks out both monitors.  Can anyone help me?

Anyone? I really need help troubleshooting and fixing this.  I can't use my cab (or my PC, for that matter) until I get it working, and I have no idea what could have possibly gone wrong.

Did you try uninstalling the video card drivers in safe mode?

There really needs to be a facepalm emoticon.  That did it.  The colors are a little off (the purplish pink blocks in Arkanoid are completely purple), but it works fantastically now.  Thanks a ton.
