Subwoofer, Bass and the affect on components in my cab.
northerngames:
They need to be sheilded if they are going anywhere around your monitor.
I use a real surround sound reciever with a sound blater auidigy 2 ZS gold card.
After I went to it from stock onboard I could hear so many new things that were not heard or noticed in games before plus the power is there for the bass where alot of pc deals lack the raw power of a real reciever.
I put mine on a shelf and used the pictured speakers along with a sub and the same 2 stock arcade speakers above the monitor for my highs medium and low's.
I put it behind the coin door above my dreamcast shelf so I can open the door and adjust the volume or change the input signals to swap to different game console's so I dont have to fart with wire's or opening the cab all up to change stuff.

I left mine in the case, just keep it simple & safe if you want my advice.

Sorta reminds me of the first time I heard the THX intro on my surround sound.....goosebumps I tell you, goosebumps.

LOL
Its more Baa then Whoooop. If its to much Whoooop, than the system is very creative in making more bass than the sound holds. Here no goosepimples but more like a "WTF" kind of scare.
Visitor Q:
I can't wait!!!!
pinballwizard79:
Baawoooop!
