Subwoofer, Bass and the affect on components in my cab.
<< < (7/9) > >>

Don't know if someone already mentioned it but you can use carpet undermatting. Wherever the sub makes contact to your case throw in a slice of undermat.

The sub in my box touched the floor and front of the cab. After slapping in a couple of pieces, the vibration was gone.

BTW. IMHO, Logitech Z3's are very good cab speakers.
Visitor Q:
I went with the Klipsch 2.1.
(+_+):
Klipsch are nice also. Try the rubber mat. Is you sub heavy. If so, you won't need to even anchor the sub in place. I checked mine after months of use and it didn't move an inch.

I used to have the Klipsch Fortes as my main speakers for my stereo system. Man could those things rock.

I would say, install it and if it vibrates too much, then take measures to insulate it with rubber, carpet or what have you.  But if it works great, why bother?
Visitor Q:
Should the speakers be left in their casings, I am not talking the sub but the left and right channel speakers.
