LightGun working with all resolution, but not with 640x480

I have an arcadevga and a GunCon2 working with a 15KHz monitor and Guncon2PC drivers.
LightGun works well with all resolution, but if I switch to 640x480 it seems like lightgun turns off; also the flashing and buttons are not working (it's like if I disconnet it).

I have tryed another video card with soft-15khz and the problem disappears, so what can be wrong with my arcadevga?
