I picked this up a couple of weeks ago in a lot of 29 machines I bought from a retiring operator. It's all original and the only problems from I can see from the outside is dirt, flaking paint and the edges of the wood is swollen (you can see it sticking out from each side of the T-molding), and the AC cable has deteriorated to the point of falling apart. Almost forgot, the start button is missing or has fallen inside the cabinet.
I'll drill out the rear door lock tomorrow to see what's inside.

Cool, nice to see a real old-timer for a change, they usually don't get much love.
This will be interesting to follow. You got a couple of challenges ahead :)

FWIW...
I have repaired one of these ecently for a friend, monitor and pcb.
I have also dumped the only PROM on that PCB, just in case :).
The closest monitor manual is within this one http://www.cityofberwyn.com/manuals/GranTrak20.pdf
Have fun :)

I drilled the rear lock, pulled the cover, and found everything in place. The electronics were very clean, the wooden parts are filthy.
I pulled the original AC cable and replace it with a new one.

I hit the power and .... IT'S ALIVE!!!
