Broken in transit maybe? I know they pack them well but there's a lot of bouncing around getting up there.

Yeah, I found it a bit peculiar too, but then I never designed anything let alone for zero G. The problem is with the centrifuge, that would be a thing that is affected by such a change in gravity.

Anyway they claim it's finally fixed

They also installed a second toilet  :P
