Everything else Ive tried seems to work ok. I have also tried the PM in other USB ports. I have just uninstalled the software and re-installed the older version that came with the PM. I'll see what happens now. |

It usually works for me, but I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't work every time. Unplugging it and plugging back in doesn't always work either. I really wish they would address the issue. It is a known issue which used to be in the FAQ at Griffin but I can't find it anymore. |
