HaRuMaN:
PETA's latest

I'm sorry, but I want my Ben & Jerry's to be made with cow's milk, not human milk.  :o

ChadTower:

I've been to the Ben + Jerry's factory in VT... if they were to actually do that, imagine the cottage industry that would pop up around the need for locally supplied breast milk in large quantities.

Ginsu Victim:
In related news, PETA sent a letter to McDonald's asking them to use humans, rather than beef, in their burgers.

McDonald's response was, "Since when is there beef in our burgers?"

shardian:
Oh, the irony of milk. We consider breast milk nasty, yet our babies live off of it. We consider breast milk that comes from a clean outlet nasty, but milk from a nasty dirty cow teat that has to be pasteurized is oh so yummy.

ChadTower:

It would still have to be pasteurized and homogenized... the risk of bacterial and viral transmission may actually be higher with breast milk than with cow milk given that we can no longer count on crossing species as ruling out a lot of potential problems.  I mean whoever heard of a cow with an STD or a drug addiction?
