| Thin LCD based cabinet? |

So I am just starting to plan for my first cabinet. A friend of mine has made two beautiful cabinets and has offered his help and workspace to help with mine. I found this http://www.retrospace.nl/images.html and I think I like the thin profile and overall design. Has anyone built one like this or seen one like it? I am looking for any plans or ideas. Obviously it doesn't have the typical retro look for cabinets, but I like the sleek look and the smaller area of space it would require :) Thanks for any help or suggestions! |

Welcome to the boards The retrospace cab was designed by Blanka who is a member here. [This] is his Project Announcement thread. Knievels Woody is a popular example of a slimline cab: [This] is his Project Announcement thread. There are many good examples of slim cabs on this forum. Your best bet is to search for them and/or trawl though the project announcements thread. You will find plenty of ideas on your travels too. |

Hi, here is mine: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=80865.0. Maybe it is too ghetto looking, since there was not much discussion or comments, but I think the basic design is pretty OK. At least it does not look like it is falling from the wall at any moment. :D |

Blanka has a thread on that specific slim cab here on the forum: http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=83388.0 |
