Need a Theme for my MAME box!

Ok. So the painting is almost done and despite the general census, I let my friend go ahead and add on to the CP similarly to what I had a previously illustrated. The results are interesting to say the least. He ended up adding what I think is a tad too much but which makes the cab look like it's got a set of nuts or something. I've been giggling all night about it. I'm not sure if I like it or dislike it exactly and I know he can remove and just extend the CP out but after putting the preliminary controls in and faux playing with a friend, (monitor was removed) it surprisingly isn't in the way. I think the fact that the panel itself is so short it makes up for it. I think at this point I can either add cup holders or light guns in there or add a few more buttons to it to fill in the extra space. I think I may keep it and try to go extra far with with the art on the cab, possibly overlaying artwork all the way around the CP additions and silk screening the buttons and trackball to coincide with the theme.

Here are some pics of my arcade and its nuts.

At the moment the current contenders for themes for this beast are the "Necronomicade" or the "Total Package."

Comments? Suggestions? Please let me hear your two cents!

Malenko:

if my friend did that to my arcade machine, we wouldn't be friends anymore.

Call that cab "CTRL+Z"  cause that needs undone.

HairyDVD:

Why don'y you call it the "T-Minator" as your control panel looks like a giant T

( Mr T )  - I pity the foooooool  :hissy:

My ribcage hurts just looking at that sharp corner on the trackball extension.   :o

I'm not thrilled with it from that aspect, but ignore everyone giving you crap about it looking bad.  If you like it, it's your cabinet, that's all that matters.
