TY for your compliments, I owe the majority of it to the tools I have to work with.

crashfixer:
I just quit work on my cabinet for the day and the following pictures show what all I have done today.

1. shows my jig I made to flush mount the joysticks.

2. shows the jig in place ready for the cut.

3. shows the plunge router and patter cutting bit installed.

4. shows the cut when the router is finished.

5. shows the joystick test fitted.

6. shows a close up of the fitment of the joystick.

7. shows the control panel top cut and drilled.
