Handlebars welded! I'm no professional welder, so the weld doesn't look particularly beautiful, but the only thing that really matters is that it's now a solid unit. Note: in picture 2 I didn't want to do anything to that spring hooking mechanism, so as you can see I didn't weld near it. That shouldn't have any effect on durability though. |

You Rock! :cheers: There is 3.5" across (front-to-back) in the hole that the handlebars sit in. I am pretty sure it will fit fine. I can't wait to get these back in the cabinet! PM Sent. |

In the first photo, is the plate bent or is that just how the picture is taken? Side note, it looks like rust spots in the earlier photos, don't forget to paint or coat it to protect it from future rust. |
