I think this is what you are looking for.  I don't remember the value but the color codes are easy to read in the picture.

In that case, 4.7 Kohm, not 5.7

The best way to figure out the resistor size is to take a multimeter and measure the resistance between the two outer legs of the pot.  Divide that number in half and use the resistor closest to the result.  Also there is a tone of information on hacking pads over on SlagCoin.com
