If I understand you correctly, you want to make a super sized Nintendo Controller and put a PC or real Nintendo inside it... NOT put a PC inside a NES chassis.

If so, this has been done once before. I couldn't find the original website with the writeup of how he did it, but here's a video of it in action:

Nope.  I want to build an oversized NES Console with an NES emulator in it and have the ability to use it as storage, and a funky way to play NES on my TV.
