Well, I wish Hemi would tone it down a little. The few posts I've seen from him (in different topics) it's plainly apparent he's not going to fit in well here. I certainly hope he smokes a bowl or in some other way chills out a little.

Let's also say that your problem was a violent pair of pit bulls and that guy's problem is some noisy neighbors. The two are on entirely different planes of urgency.

Same end result though. If it takes effort on their part to correct the situation, it will not be corrected. A person willing to disrupt the neighborhood like that isn't gonna go out of their way to correct things.

I don't really agree there. The noise is annoying but not dangerous. There is no real necessity to be quiet. Now, to not kill children, that can be called necessary.
