I know its more of a neighbor problem.  But I still find it funny.

The picture reminds me of so many ladies in my neighborhood and most of them are troublemakers or busy bodies.  And yes most of them have poodles (for some strange reason) or shih tzus, which look similar.

shardian:
It's real simple: Don't let your dogs ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- on other people's lawn. They never had a problem with the dogs - they had a problem with the ---smurfette--- that held the leash.

I have a neighbor who lets her dog ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- on other peoples lawns. And no, she does not pick it up. If she sees anyone out, she'll hightail it past. There was one time my next door neighbor caught her in the act. All I can say is, don't let your dog ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- on the lawn of an outspoken 5' nothin black woman!

Also, my wife's step father lets his dogs pee and take dumps on his neighbors lawns without picking it up. Even though I had no vested interest, it really ticked me off. Oh wait, I caught him letting his small dog pee on my car tire one day, so I did have a vested interest. I keep hoping that one of the guys on the other side of the neighborhood kick his ass one day. Whenever me and the wife used to walk his small dog, we always made sure that it took a good, long piss all over step-dad's car.

Sounds to me like the dog wasn't really the issue.  Sounds to me like the neighbor used the dog to get to the ---smurfette---...who was the real issue.  Sounds to me like she's a pain in the ass, dog or no dog.

We have a community mail box between my house and my neighbor's.  Everyday the lady across the street would get her mail with her poodle (unleashed) which would run around and ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- in one of our yards.  The lady would just read her mail and not even look at the dog or check where it ---steaming pile of meadow muffin---.  The few times I caught her I yelled at her and she would pretend to be terribly sorry and clean it up.  She has since moved out fortunately.  It just amazes me how many people lack even the most basic respect and courtesy.  I mean I just can't imagine letting my dog crap in someone's lawn every day without feeling like a total sterilization-deserving dirtbag.

shardian:
Common f'ing decency is severely lacking in today's society. I go way out of my way to respect people and their property. It just leads to me getting used and abused though. I find myself caring less and less about being civil to my neighbors.

I just wish I could be an unapologetic ---uvula--- for just one day. You know, like when Jim Carrey snapped in Me, Myself, and Irene.
