saving in illustrator cs3 problems...
« on: August 11, 2008, 11:30:26 am »
hey guys im using illustrator cs3 to make my cp. when i try to save it as a pdf it says not enough ram available to complete operation! i can save the file normally as an ai file but when i try to save as pdf (for printing, hen it craps out). actually while im here wahts the best file format to have it in for printing? i figured pdf would be the simplest. any suggestions?

i have
windows xp sp3
4gb ddr3 ram (which only reports as 3.25 in windows)
a velociraptor 300 gb 10,000 rpm drive as my main drive
and core 2 quad 9450 chip

ai should be fine for printing.
